胡洪：主持人，讲师，博士，现于安徽科技学院从事教学和科研工作。2009年6月云南农业大学动物营养与饲料科学专业硕士研究生毕业，2013年6月四川农业大学动物营养与饲料科学专业博士毕业，获农学博士学位。目前主要研究方向是家禽抗热应激和抗氧化应激机制的研究、绿色和高效抗应激饲料添加剂的开发与应用，主持国家青年自然科学基金项目1项（谷氨酰胺介导Nrf2信号通路保护热应激肉鸡骨骼肌细胞氧化损伤的作用机理、31601983）、作为第二主持人承担安徽省自然科学基因面上项目（急性热应激对肉鸡肌肉品质的影响及谷氨酰胺的改善机理研究、1408085MC62）。近年授权国家发明专利1项（排名第5），实用新型专利2项（排名第3），并以第一作者发表SCI论文 6篇，并列第一作者SCI文章1篇。
